Mixed vegetable(carrot, beans,cauliflower, potato, green peas etc)- 1cup (cut in small cube)
Egg-1
Onion(chopped)-1/2 cup
Green chili(chopped)-1 Tbs
Ghee(Clarified butter)/Oil- 3 Tbs
Salt -1/2 ts
Bay leaves-1piece
Cinnamon -1 stick
Ginger paste-1/2 ts
Garlic paste-1/2 ts
Cumin powder-1/4 ts
Garam masala powder-1/4 ts
Soy sauce-1/2 ts
Procedure:
Take the chira in a strainer and wash it under running water and keep it for about half an hour or more to drain water.
Boil about 2 cup of water in a pan. When water starts to boil, add 1/2 ts of salt and add all the vegetable. Let them cooked for about 2 minutes, then drain water through a strainer and set aside.
Now heat 1 ts of ghee/oil in a pan to a medium heat. Put the beaten egg and scramble it and take out in a bowl.
Then add rest of the ghee/oil and heat it. Add bay leaves and cinnamon sticks, and fry them little bit. Then add the chopped onion and fry them until light brown color comes out.
Then add gingar paste, garlic paste, green chili,salt, cumin powder, garam masala powder and stir it for 1 minutes. Spread soy sauce and scrambled egg, and mix.
Now add chira and mix it gently to the vegetable.
Cover it for 1 minute and then turn off the heat, and serve.
